The Process
With many years experience in recruitment, we have streamlined our process to get the best for you, without the need for you to spend hours filling in forms.
Once you have contacted RecFlex, you will be allocated to a consultant who will help you with the recruitment journey. All of the team will have a full briefing on all roles, so if your consultant (all of whom work flexibly) isn’t available at the time you call, you can guarantee someone else can help.
Following an initial phone call, we will complete our registration with you, usually using Zoom or Teams. This enables us to get to know you a little better. We will discuss your experience, your aspirations and the flexibility that you require. Your consultant will suggest any tweaks required on your CV to maximise its appeal to employers.
We then discuss any existing vacancies with you, or will get to work on speaking to any clients who’s profile we feel matches with your experience and requirements.
